In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the tk1972 website at tk1972.pro and all associated services, features, games, and promotional content accessible through it.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration.
• "Wallet Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh.

References to "including" or "includes" are not limiting. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

To register and maintain an account on tk1972, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for a violation of these Terms.
• All registration information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, and mobile number — is accurate, truthful, and current.

tk1972 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility (including national identity card, passport, or birth certificate) at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days of the request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until compliance is achieved.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this clause. Any misrepresentation of eligibility — including falsification of age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each Player may hold only one registered account. In the event that tk1972 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual (whether by shared personal details, shared device, shared payment method, or shared IP address), all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances held in those accounts — including winnings — may be voided.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment methods must be submitted to the support team at [email protected] for verification before they take effect.

You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. tk1972 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact support immediately.

tk1972 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation. During any investigation period, affected funds may be temporarily frozen.

tk1972 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to and from accounts at Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to issuing bank policies.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. tk1972 does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges independently of the Platform.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Verified accounts in good standing can expect processing within 10 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and daily volume. tk1972 reserves the right to perform identity and source-of-funds checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.

Important: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your tk1972 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods are strictly prohibited. Any deposit that cannot be matched to a verified personal payment method may be reversed.

In the event of a technical failure during a deposit transaction, players should retain their payment provider's transaction reference and contact support at [email protected]. tk1972 will investigate and credit confirmed transactions within 48 hours where proof of payment is provided.

tk1972 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as published at the time the promotion is active, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only.

Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds not wagered within the stated period will be automatically removed from your account without notice. Players are responsible for reviewing expiry conditions at the time a bonus is claimed.

Abuse prevention: tk1972 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus, and to void associated winnings, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including — but not limited to — creating multiple accounts, staking patterns that exploit bonus mechanics, or coordinating play with other accounts. tk1972's determination of bonus abuse is final.

Changes to promotions: tk1972 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. A promotion's terms published at the time of player opt-in govern that specific claim; subsequent changes do not apply retrospectively.

All bets placed on tk1972 — whether on casino games, live casino tables, sports betting markets, or crash games — are subject to the specific rules of each game or market, as displayed within the game interface or betting market at the time of play. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters of bet settlement; these Terms take precedence in all other matters.

tk1972 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• There has been an obvious pricing or odds error.
• The bet was placed using an automated script, bot, or unauthorised software.
• The outcome of the event on which the bet was placed has been manipulated or is subject to an integrity investigation.
• Technical errors resulted in incorrect game outcomes, and such outcomes can be verified by game provider logs.

Decisions to void bets on grounds of technical or pricing errors are final. In cases of voided bets, the original stake is returned to the Player's Wallet Balance. tk1972 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a voided bet.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the relevant interface. tk1972 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions where abnormal betting patterns are identified.

tk1972 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended as a form of entertainment, and players are encouraged to set personal limits on their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out period, login and deposit functions are disabled.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk1972 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person without explicit written authorisation.
• Accessing the Platform using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or any other technology designed to obscure your true geographic location.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, copying, or otherwise reproducing any part of the Platform's software, game content, odds data, or user interface.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information use in connection with sports betting markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tk1972 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Charging back, disputing, or reversing deposits through your payment provider after those funds have been used for wagering purposes.

All content on the tk1972 platform — including but not limited to the tk1972 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the proprietary property of tk1972 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of tk1972. Requests for content licensing or media use should be directed to [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk1972 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including — but not limited to — loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunities, or damages resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

tk1972 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service interruptions (including payment gateway outages), or force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions) may result in temporary unavailability of services. tk1972 will not be liable for losses incurred during such periods.

In any event, tk1972's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data in connection with your use of tk1972 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

tk1972 collects personal data — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and transaction history — for the purposes of account management, age verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tk1972 will acknowledge receipt of formal dispute notifications within five (5) Bangladesh Standard Time business days and will endeavour to reach a resolution within thirty (30) days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

tk1972's decisions regarding account management, bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and fraud determinations are final where made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. Players who disagree with a specific decision may escalate the matter by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]".
